2. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through RouteRides are subject to availability. Fares provided are flat rates inclusive of tolls and taxes, unless specified otherwise. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to conduct themselves appropriately during rides and respect the drivers. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the user will be the user's financial responsibility.
